About MeI am inspired by the many ways art can frame stories and evoke an emotional response. I explore landscapes and the stories they contain through my art, from familiar local and historical scenes to the broader, shared experiences of exploration and discovery.
Since studying Illustration at Arts University Bournemouth, my main body of work contrasts the vibrancy and texture of coloured inks with the precision of black line work, highlighting key details. I also value the mindful, physical process of screen printing, working with a limited colour palette to distill the essence of each scene. |
